Nest features two well appointed rooms at a rate of $165 per night (double occupancy) Sunday-Thursday and $175 per night Friday-Saturday and Holidays with a two night minimum stay, plus 6% State Sales Tax and 3% Pike County Room Occupancy Tax.

One night stays now available Sunday - Thursday (excluding holidays) for $195 plus tax.

All rooms are double occupancy unless approved by management. Additional approved guests are 50% of room rate per day.

A 50% deposit on a major credit card is required. Call 570•686•4950 for reservations.

Check in time is 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM unless otherwise pre-arranged with management.
Check out time is 11:00 AM.

Because we are a two guest room facility:

• Cancelations within 7-14 days prior to reservation incur a $50 per-night-stay fee.
• Cancelations within 7 days prior to reservation will either:
  • Be charged in full for their reservation
  • OR
  • Receive a refund less $50 per-night-stay if we successfully re-rent the room.
• No shows will be charged in full for their reservation.

Children are welcome; 12 and over subject to double occupancy.

Small, well behaved pets will be accepted subject to management approval. Additional fees apply. Call for details.

Nest is a non-smoking indoor facility. Smoking on screened porch and deck allowed.

Nest cannot be held responsible for lost property. Nest is not responsible for refunds due to acts of god. All policies are subject to interpretation by the owners, and subject to change.

Our bring a friend program is available to all previous guests. In order to qualify, they must bring a new guest. The discounts of 15% for returning guests and 5% for new guests apply to accommodations only, and cannot be combined with any other special offers.
