Nest features two well appointed rooms at a rate of $150 per night (double occupancy) Sunday-Thursday and $175 per night Friday-Saturday starting May 15th, 2010, plus 6% State Sales Tax and 3% Pike County Room Occupancy Tax.

All rooms are double occupancy unless approved by management. Additional approved guests are $75 per day.

A 50% deposit on a major credit card is required. A two night minimum is required durring the busy season between May 15th and January 5th, on weekends and during holidays. Call 570•686•4950 for reservations.

Check in time is 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM unless otherwise pre-arranged with management.
Check out time is 11:00 AM.

Because we are a two guest room facility:

• Cancellations up to two weeks prior to reservation incur a $50 fee.
• Cancelations within 7-14 days prior to reservation incur a $50 per-night-stay fee.
• Cancelations within 7 days prior to reservation will either:
  • Be charged in full for their reservation
  • OR
  • Receive a refund less $50 per-night-stay if we successfully re-rent the room.
• No shows will be charged in full for their reservation.

Children are welcome; 12 and over subject to double occupancy.

Small, well behaved pets will be accepted subject to management approval. Additional fees apply. Call for details.

Nest is a non-smoking indoor facility. Smoking on screened porch and deck allowed.

Nest cannot be held responsible for lost property. All policies are subject to interpretation by the owners, and subject to change.

Our bring a friend program is available to all previous guests. In order to qualify, they must bring a new guest and most parties must stay at least two days. The discounts of 20% for returning guests and 10% for new guests apply to accommodations only, and cannot be combined with any other special offers.
